Welcome to our Prostate Warriors, where we offer free fitness sessions for men recovering from prostate cancer. Our classes take place at two locations in Thamesmead: Crossway Park and The Moorings.
Our fitness sessions focus on improving core strength and are designed to meet the needs of men who are recovering from prostate cancer treatment. At our classes, you’ll have the opportunity to work with Rob Dyer who has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with prostate cancer recovery. These sessions are tailored to your needs and are conducted at a pace that is suitable for men who are looking to regain their strength and mobility.
